This deliciously rich organic Coconut Cream is a more concentrated, thicker version of the Biona coconut milk, made by pressing fresh organic coconut meat. Coconut fat content 22%. It is simply pressed from coconut kernels and has no added emulsifiers or stabilisers. As a result, the coconut fat and water can separate, but this has no impact on the final quality of the product: simply shake the can or blend the contents to combine.
Our coconuts are sourced from the tropical island of Sri Lanka. The farm where our coconut products are harvested is rich in biodiversity. The families that run the plantation own cattle, who roam freely and whose dung, along with the coconut husks, acts as a fertilizer for the many species of other plants growing in the surrounding areas.
